Benjamin L. Wilson is a native of Southern Utah with deep family ties to the St. George area. After graduating from Snow Canyon High School, he served a full-time LDS mission to Japan. Mr. Wilson received an Associate degree from Dixie State College and a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University. He then attended Syracuse University College of Law on a Dean’s scholarship for two years before returning to Brigham Young University to finish law school.
Upon graduation, Mr. Wilson moved back to Southern Utah to join a firm practicing solely in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disability law. He was mainly in charge of the firm’s social security disability practice where he represented many clients before the Social Security Administration. He also handled many personal injury cases where his sole drive was to get his clients the compensation they deserved. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Wilson gained valuable litigation experience, and a greater understanding of the uphill battle individuals faces in court when up against insurance companies, big businesses, and government agencies.
Since joining the firm at Slemboski & Tobler, Mr. Wilson has focused his practice on personal injury, family law, immigration law, and criminal defense. Working in an array of disciplines helps him approach each case with expertise and a procedural understanding to ensure the best possible outcome.
Mr. Wilson married his wife in 2005 and together they have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking.
